Community Is ROI: My Deep Dive Month Begins

🚨 It’s Community Month! And I’m working on bringing some serious depth to this theme.

We’ll be attacking this in two parts: Part One (I Learn) and Part Two (I Share). September is officially my learning month where I’m diving headfirst into all things community. My mission? To make it crystal clear (and easy for you to articulate) that Community Is Enough — and not just enough, but actually the ROI your ERG should be aiming for! 🙌🏿 Oh, and of course, I’ll be sharing tips on how to do it even better.

Here’s what’s on my learning list:

✨ ERGs vs Unions — understanding that fine line

✨ How businesses leverage communities as a legit strategy

✨ The legal side of corporate communities (yup, we’re going there)

Then comes October—my share month! I haven’t nailed down all the details yet, but here’s what’s brewing in my mind:

🗣 ERG community meetups (affinity-specific, of course)

⚡️ How to supercharge + automate your ERG’s Slack Channel with zero software fees or Slack bot costs

P.S. Did y’all see that Teams is working on combining Chats and Channels?! That’s gonna be a game-changer for ERGs. 🚀
