Just a reminder, your Communications Channel has analytics - important ones! I often say a Communications Channel is where community happens. If your Slack, Teams, Viva Engage, Workplace (or other ERG Channel) is dull, you community likely is too. A great start to increasing engagement in this area is to measure where you currently are.
