Hey hey,

Only two things to share today.

  1. I’ve updated the data template to include a breakdown of each Communication Channel Metric. And yes, this is still free for you to grab on our downloads site. Just a reminder, your Communications Channel has analytics - important ones! I often say a Communications Channel is where community happens. If your Slack, Teams, Viva Engage, Workplace (or other ERG Channel) is dull, you community likely is too. A great start to increasing engagement in this area is to measure where you currently are.

Thing two, I’ve posted 3 new videos (clips from the Full Day Stream) on Youtube this week 🙂 One of them actually is me talking about communications channel best practices. Enjoy!
